Refund policy

Shipping Information

Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx – Signature Required, unless otherwise specified.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your in-stock order. Some items may ship same-day or within 1 business day. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.

  • Out-of-Stock or Special Orders: Custom, made-to-order, or backordered items may take significantly longer to ship.

  • Need it fast? If your order is time-sensitive, email us at AC4wayenterprise@gmail.com to avoid delays.

Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)

  • Oversized items require freight (LTL) shipping, signature on delivery, and inspection at drop-off.

  • Inspect packages carefully before signing. If the driver cannot wait, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the delivery receipt.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email us immediately at AC4wayenterprise@gmail.com

  2. Keep the packaging and take photos of the damage

  3. List any missing or damaged items

  4. We will contact the shipper and guide you on next steps

IMPORTANT: You must report all damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once a freight shipment is signed for, you release AC4 Performance and the freight company of any further liability.


International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These charges may be applied at delivery and are not included in your purchase price.

  • Refusal to pay import costs will result in all fees being billed to the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • Product is new, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • An RMA number is required (contact us to obtain one)

Do NOT install or modify any part if:

  • You purchased the wrong part or size

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the incorrect item

Used or installed products cannot be returned.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”

  • Custom-built or special order items

  • Wheel & tire packages

  • Installed or altered products

  • Clearance or scratch & dent items


Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is not due to an AC4 Performance error, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • A $10 processing fee per item and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Items purchased under a free shipping promotion will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.


Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns unless:

  • You request store credit or an exchange

  • The item is returned with all original packaging


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.). If a refund cannot be processed that way, we will issue it via ACH transfer (bank details required).

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to reflect.

Orders paid via Affirm cannot be refunded after 60 days, regardless of delivery date.


Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can only be used on AC4Performance.com.

  • Exchanges will be credited at the current product price.


Core Deposits

Some products include a refundable core deposit.

  • Core must be rebuildable and match the original item

  • Refund issued upon inspection and approval

  • Non-matching or incomplete cores will not be refunded
